Reflecting on the Power of the Heart

Hold your hands upon your heart. It is the eternal heart of our loving creator. Feel its enduring beating within you. Know that it is beating because the divine spirit wills it so. You are a reflection of perfection. You are the manifestation of a creation that was realized in pure love. Your very existence is blessed by divine right. This gift of life was whispered into the core of your being. The power of that love has allowed your body to form just as it should be. The embodiment of that love deems you worthy to exist. To deny the beauty of yourself would be to deny the beauty of your maker. To deny the creator would be to deny the spirit of all that is.

You are a small seed implanted upon this magnificent Earth. You were planted among many other seeds of different colors, sizes, and shapes. When each human being raises from its broken shell to meet the miracle of day, they often desire to grow towards the light. It is not unusual to reach for its illumination. There is no separation between us, for like little children, we desire to win the attention of our mother. We pray, and we scream. We make ourselves idols, and we make ourselves victims. We think that we are defective and need to be saved. We seek so that we may be sought after. We do all these things so that we may know the essence of our true nature. For the beating heart of humanity desperately yearns to be seen. The pilgrimage to our creator is not so very far. One does not need to climb the highest mountain or cross the most treacherous ocean to show our creator how devoted we are.

What you seek is all around you and within you. You are expressing this loyalty and devotion to yourself. Look upon each other with the love and kindness that you desire the creator to bestow upon you. If everyone around the world did this, we would all be seen by our creator.

Look upon yourself with love and compassion. If love and compassion are foreign to you, and your heart has felt so much pain that you cannot embrace it, place your hands firmly upon your heart. Feel it beating inside your chest. You may feel like a fragile walking shell upon this Earth, but you are still here. You have been made to feel that you are not deserving of love, but this is not true. Your heart deeply loves you. For it was the first one to see you and know who you are. It knew you before you were named and claimed by this world. It loves you so much that it continues to beat to keep you here with it. Be at peace in this knowing, and when you feel that you are alone and have no reason for being, rest your hands upon your heartbeat and know that there is a destiny unfolding for you with each beat. You may not know the path, but your heart knows. For through the splendor of your being, the creator lives and breathes.

Upon this Earth and the Universal plane of existence, there is nothing that is out of place. Even the confusion of this world and the chaos of our ever-changing minds has a purpose and a reason for being. For how can one truly know stillness if we have not been through the grips of the roaring sea? There is no separation of the light and the darkness. These two polarities need each other in order to exist. We could not understand the brilliance of light if we did not have the beauty of the darkness to illuminate it. Both are needed in order to find alignment and clarity in our various perceptions of our reality. There is no need to rearrange or adjust that which already is. There is no need to fix or punish ourselves. There is no need to liberate ourselves from ourselves. You were not born into a lifeless box to be played with, dismantled, and put back together like a child’s toy. You are a human being with a heart. You were seeded within an abundant and nurturing planet to grow into your fullest potential. You deserve to be honored and loved just as you are. If you are kicking and screaming, let it be. If you feel ashamed and worthless, let it be. If you feel rage and resentment stirring within you, let it be. Feel the fullness of all these emotions within you. Let them speak to you and call you by name. Listen to them. For it is the reflection of your heart, yearning to be seen and acknowledged by you.

You need no adjustment in order to be completely and genuinely loved. Everything has a mission and a purpose, including your thoughts and your emotions. You and all aspects of this universe co-exist in order to support the body of the whole. We are the instruments which create this powerful opus of life. Many different elements of matter and chaos were harmoniously brought together in order to create the wonderful being that you are. The human collective of this one planet, in this one galaxy, within this one universe, does not determine your worth or the worth of your existence. There is no one being in this entire multiverse that can do that for you. Only you can make that determination. Look into your beautiful eyes, the familiar eyes that have been with you upon your birth into form. Know that you are looking into the eyes of your creator and that the eyes of your creator are lovingly staring back at you.
