A Meditation to Assist in Healing the Disease of Hate and Racism within the Human Collective  

Thank you, great spirit, for uprooting the painful seeds of hate and fear from the heart of every human being upon this sacred planet.

Raise our fragile bodies towards the brilliant light of the sun so we can be fully seen for who we truly are.

We are now perfectly aligned and embodying the true purpose for our existence as a human race.

That divine purpose is love.

Through the process of releasing these painful ancestral wounds, we have now released our mother Earth from the effects of this energetic pollution.

We send love to our planet by encouraging environmental balance through the release of this disorder.

As we lift the seed of this implantation, our hearts are at once set aflame with the passion of unified consciousness.

The energetic cords that hold our memories of hate are now purified by the grace of spirit.

This healing is traveling through all dimensions of our universe and every realm of time.

We are now walking the path of internal and external transformation.

As we surrender to the compassion of spirit, its sacred light washes over our illuminated bodies.

This compassion moves through our entire being, activating every cell and every organ.

It enriches the blood that circulates within us and penetrates the hard shell of our bones.

This compassion filters through the limited matrix of our minds and into the realm of infinite possibilities.

We are now fully embodied as the children of the light and the entrusted keepers of a new Earth.
