A Meditation to Assist in the Healing of Anger and Resentment
I am a perfect reflection of love.
My anger and resentment reflect the deep pride and love that I feel for myself.
I am deserving of respect and acknowledgment.
I am deserving of love and equality.
I deserve to trust myself and my environment.
Every day I feel more comfortable and at ease within my world.
I am letting go of that which I cannot control into the hands of the creator.
I trust that divine order will provide peace and contentment within my life.
I now liberate my soul to transmute all anger and resentment instilled within my spirit.
Thank you, spirit, for guiding me and nurturing me along this healing path.
I let the trauma within me, release into the sacred fire of divine justice, to be cleansed and renewed by your golden light.
Let the trauma of this lifetime, and the many lifetimes of those that came before, be permanently healed within my soul.
Take the mark of this ancestral wound and transmute it into love for myself and for all of humanity.
Let this great love penetrate through time, touching the souls of my descendants.
Thank you, ancestors, for opening my eyes so that I can see the beauty of my soul with perfect clarity.
Through seeing the beauty of myself, I can now see the beauty of others more clearly.
Thank you for allowing me to feel protected and safe within my home, around my family, and within my community.
As I feel safe within myself, and I now allow others to feel safe as well.
A sacred purpose lives and breathes within me.
I am now fully awakened to that divine purpose,
and I am boldly living in that eternal truth.
The Value of the Tribe: A Message for the Sacred Masculine
You have been given a fire, and you must keep the flame going. It is a great fire, but it cannot be maintained by simply one person. It is a powerful force that must be cultivated and nurtured by the entire community. You are a blessing to your tribe and to your lineage. You come to this world with the vast knowledge and wisdom of your ancestors within you. You bring their pain and their glory to the land. You are so much more than the simple vessel by which you came. You have a soul within your heart that watches over you and guides you towards your highest calling. There is no one that can claim you. There is no one that can label who you are. For you are everything, and there is no separation in spirit. Be a part of the whole. Not everyone has to lead in order to be an integral part of the community. You can lead without the given title of a leader. You can teach without the given title of a teacher, and you can nurture without the given title of a father. Lead with your heart, and you will have your great reward. For in the unity and peace of the tribe, you will find the greatest joy revealed within yourself. All their smiles and blessings will be yours.
I AM (A Poem)
I am strong because I was vulnerable.
I stand tall because I had to kneel.
I am bold because I was ignored.
I screamed because I was silenced.
I wandered because I could not find my home.
Hear me now!
See me now!
I am your father.
I am your brother.
I am your son.
I am your partner.
I am yearning for love.
I am yearning for tenderness and a listening ear.
Allow me to show you my wounds and let them bleed before you.
Help me heal those wounds so that I can be still within my soul.
Cradle me within the warmth of your loving arms.
Gently rock me to sleep,
so that I may dream a dream
that I have never known.
